The user is entitled to install this software on his/her smartphone. In the free version any application file can be distributed without restriction. Paid software is connected to the purchaser and it is not allowed to install it on other smartphones. For each next installation you have to receive/acquire/purchase other right of use, please contact MJ Software then.<br />

The software is property of MJ Software. Each use outside the copyright law without written agreement of author is not allowed and punishable to prosecution. In case of incertainty please contact MJ Software immediately .<br />

The software is tested considering viruses. The user are bound to negligence and should control the software one more time by antivirus software and inform the author about a virus attack. It is recommended to make back-ups of own data base regularly. Only the user is responsible for the possible data loss. The purchase of the software is not connected with any obligation or warranty /guarantee. Therefore the author does not take any responsibility and does not incur any liability, that is result of using this application, the guide or its parts. It is entitled in particular for the functionality of the software.<br />
